National helpline for general enquiries about testing and testing kits
Care Homes with any queries about kits ordered via the Care Home Portal should call the national helpline on 119 or email covidcarehometesting@dhsc.gov.uk
The national helpline has a specific option for Care Homes and is available for all general enquiries including tests not being collected via courier; test kits not arriving and general advice.
If you are unable to resolve an issue please contact us via email at syheartlandsccg.testing@nhs.net and we will endeavour to escalate your issue.
