Team Supervisor - Independence Homes

The team supervisor is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day smooth running of the service including staff management and record keeping. The team supervisor is to lead the shift ensuring service users receive the highest standards of care and support whilst adhering to Independence Homes' policies and procedures and ensuring requirements of the Care Quality Commission are met. Ensuring service users are treated with respect, dignity and in a way that enables and promotes their independence as individuals.

Support Worker - Meath Epilepsy Charity

The aim of The Meath Epilepsy Charity is to enhance the lives of people who have complex epilepsy and related disabilities by ensuring they receive the support, expert care and encouragement required to build confidence, acquire new skills and maximise independence in their daily lives.

Team Manager - Whiteley Village

Whiteley Village is a vibrant retirement community for around 500 people of limited financial means. As part of a key-working team, you’ll work with the people we support to develop new daily living skills, make new friends, get involved in their community, support with their own personal care, go on holiday, or find themselves a new job. Liaising closely with their friends and family, as well as your team, you’ll make sure they are safe, happy, healthy and full of plans for the future.

Support Worker - Consensus Support

Our Service is a modern bungalow offering two flats which were designed to support two individuals who require high levels of support due to their specific needs and complex behaviours. We are rurally located and next to a neighbouring farm. The service has its own transport for accessing local amenities and enabling individuals to access the community.

Specialist/Registered Nurse - Independence Homes

Working as part of the Medical Team to ensure that all our service users’ health needs are known and coordinated effectively, using a holistic approach. This will involve ongoing assessment of their needs, liaising with multidisciplinary teams, training staff, arguing for their needs at external payment reviews and regularly monitoring and analysis. It will also involve promoting the excellent service the Medical Team at Independence Homes offer
