We offer our services in the Guildford and surrounding villages which cover the following postcodes, GU1, GU2, GU4, KT23 and KT24.
All of our staff are carefully selected to ensure that they deliver the standard of home care we would expect to be delivered to our own family - should they need help and care in their homes!
Our Services
To make sure that we provide only the highest quality of staff we employ a strict recruitment criterion. Naturally all staff are CRB checked. Home Care workers must also demonstrate they have the relevant experience to undertake work in client’s homes. We provide a comprehensive training programme to ensure that all minimum standards are met and we encourage all staff to participate in further training and personal development, they also receive monthly supervision and an annual appraisal. Spot checks are carried out on a continuing basis to give clients further reassurance of high standards.
We provide an extensive range of home care services which include:-

• Availability - we will be on-call 24 hours and 7 days a week, all calls will be answered, personally, by a senior member of staff
