What is R & D Care Training Centre Ltd?

Established in 1998, we a private committed customer facing training organisation approved by City & Guilds and Edexcel to deliver accredited Health & Social Care at all levels. The centre is run by qualified Nurses and Teachers with expertise in Health and Social Care with the appropriate knowledge and experience to ensure your success. 

The Centre provides the following qualifications:

Diploma in Health & Social Care @ levels 2 & 3,

Diploma for Children & Young People level 3,

NVQ level 4 in Health & Social Care,

Level 4 Leadership & Management for Care Services,

Diploma & Certificate in Dementia Care @ levels 2 & 3,

Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence (formerly A1)

Level 4 Award in Internal Quality Assurance (formerly V1)

Levels 2 & 3 Certificate in Preparing to work in Health & Social Care (Technical Certificate)

Full Apprenticeship levels 2 & 3. Key Skills levels 1, 2, 3 & 4,

R & Ds strength is the ability to work with each learner on a one-to-one basis to ensure a high level of completion. Each learner is initially assessed individually. Training and assessment plans are designed to meet each individual’s learning needs.

 Achievements

R & Ds track record includes successful completion of projects with Surrey LSC / ESF achieving in excess of 98% outcome.

What is a QCF in Health & Social Care?

QCF stands for Qualification Credit Framework. Training programmes are designed for individuals working within the Care industry.

Programme delivery / Flexible training opportunities

R & D Care Training Centre Ltd will provide regular training session including:-

-  Knowledge,

-  Assist with the collection of evidence gathering portfolio building and monitoring progress and successful completion of written tasks / projects,

-  Coaching, support and guidance,

-  Workbased Assessment of units leading to Certification.

Funding Eligibility

If you fulfil the funding criteria at level 2, your training may be free.

If you already have a level 2 qualification and wish to progress to a level 3 or 4, the usual fee structure will apply.
