Total Care Training Limited

Total Care Training Limited is a small and friendly company delivering a range of over 30 courses predominantly in Surrey and the home counties. It is our aim to build long term relationships with our clients by developing a good understanding of the needs of their service users, staff, managers and directors.

Most courses are half day sessions delivered on site at the care home and can be aimed at newcomers to the care industry or as refreshers to those with experience.

A large proportion of the courses we are asked to deliver are the mandatory topics such as Moving & Handling, Food Hygiene etc. but we offer a wide range of more specialised courses such as Epilepsy Awareness, Communication Skills and Dementia Awareness. In 2011 we started delivering the CIEH accredited Level 2 award in Food Safety in Catering.

Funding for Training

Skills for Care have issued a revised listing of training eligible for WFDF funds. This increases the units that are eligible.

The new list can be found here.

Claiming now is important - if we don't spend the allocation it will be reclaimed!
