Hannah Millsted-Bowdery is the HR Director of Millsted Care and HR Consultant and Co-Founder of Millsted Training and Consultancy. Having grown up within Millsted Care and thereby gaining an excellent insight into the care industry, Hannah chose to leave her role as a London-based financial recruiter in 2014 to direct her experience back into the care industry.
Ever since, Hannah’s unique approach to recruiting has assisted Millsted Care in managing to buck the trend of the struggles synonymous with recruitment in the Social Care sector and as a result the business continues to grow a pool of highly qualified staff.
In 2017, Hannah’s success was reflected in her being nominated as a ‘Highly Commended’ Finalist in the CIPD People Management Awards. Outside of work Hannah has a theatrical background, singing and performing in amateur dramatic musicals and enjoys running.
