Martin is an owner and MD of Nellsar Ltd, a Dementia specialist care group with 13 care centers across Kent and Surrey.
Martin also owns a smaller Learning Disability group called Totem Care, which specializes in Epilepsy and learning difficulties in older people.
With a background in recruitment and management consultancy, he is committed to making care a better place to work in, with more access to further learning and development and using new technologies for the betterment of the staff and residents. Martin is from Bolton, Lancs, lives in Surrey and is married with 2 daughters.
