Director

David Holmes

David has been Chairman of the Surrey Care Association since 2015.

To this end he provides support to the provider community and seeks to build positive and productive relationships across the sector.

David believes that in the ever-changing, resource-constrained world of care and support the Surrey Care Association is uniquely positioned to play a central role in the care and support marketplace by linking all those involved, from people looking for support to providers, support workers, funders, commissioners, suppliers and regulators.

In his day job David is the proprietor and Chairman of Ashcroft Care Services Ltd and ECHO Care Ltd, providers of specialist support services to people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.  Ashcroft and ECHO deliver services in Surrey and West Sussex, serving people who live in their own homes on a supported living basis and operating a number of small, highly personalised residential care homes.

David is a Chartered Accountant, formerly working as a Management Consultant overseeing change programmes for large organisations.
