Silver Sunday 7th October 2018

27 Apr, 2018

Silver Sunday is a national celebration of older people and their contribution to communities.

It happens every year on the first Sunday in October. Through a variety of free activities Silver Sunday offers people over 65 a chance to keep active in body and spirit, try new things, meet their neighbors and ultimately, overcome loneliness.

This year Silver Sunday falls on Sunday, 7th October 2018 and we really do hope we can make it a day when the nation pauses to think about older people and actually do something for them.
