Let’s unite & share the realities of tax increases for our sector
#providersunite, the national campaign calling on the Chancellor to enable social care providers be exempt from Employer National Insurance rises have seen a increasing number of providers sign up in support.
And in further developments given the groundswell of the campaign, organisers are also calling on providers to take up the significant opportunity to contribute to the detail of how far reaching Employer National Insurance rises could be for the people they support.
The tangible figures, needed by Wednesday 20 November of impact on services – will then be fed directly into the Department of Health & Social Care.
New increased employer national insurance were announced in the budget in October
The #providersunite campaign has been given a boost with reports in the national news recently and has seen many providers around the country signing the online campaign letter.

Said Nicola McLeish, SCA CEO:’ Providers in Surrey delivering excellence of care but who will be significantly hit by tax rises in April 2025, are invited to highlight the realities of the pressure that will be felt. Please do take part.’
