At Surrey Care Association, we are very much behind the efforts of the Department of Health and Social Care's workforce initiatives, therefore we are delighted to share with you, their first national recruitment campaign, which goes live on Tuesday 12th February.

DHSC aims to raise awareness of the variety of job roles they offer, to change what people think about working in the sector and to increase intention amongst individuals with the right values who might be looking for a new challenge.

So it is really important employers take advantage of the interest and applications generated by the campaign. Please post your vacancies on DWP Find a Job.

You can find out how to create an account here: https://lnkd.in/ga4QcjP And how to post a job here: https://lnkd.in/gdSbv7F

Please ask your team/staff to follow the campaign Facebook page at https://lnkd.in/gUqwp2T - and share the content with campaign hashtags. Suggested social media posts are in the toolkit: https://lnkd.in/gbv4WY6

Working in care is one of the most rewarding jobs out there - let's get prepared to welcome many more people into our sector! #everydayisdifferent
