Advancing in International Recruitment

This on-line course is for those who have already recruited care workers from overseas and have some experience of international recruitment. You’ll learn about developing your overseas recruitment further while ensuring you’re complying with the rules and keeping on top of recent changes to those rules. The course is relatively interactive and will include time for Q&A. Attendees will be eligible for follow-up email or phone support from BA Healthcare, should they have any questions after the course.

• How to get a UKVI licence 
• How to keep a UKVI licence 
• How to manage staff under sponsorship 
• The principles of ethical recruitment 
• How to recruit for ancillary and specialist roles 
• Working with international recruiters and recruiting overseas 
• International recruitment under a new government
