Training Providers Quality Benchmark
The Surrey Care Association (SCA) Quality Benchmark for Training Providers
Social care providers in the county of Surrey have the choice of a comprehensive range of high quality training providers who are responsive and flexible in their service provision. A Training Providers Network is well established and coordinated by Surrey Care Association with regular meetings being held and chaired by Erica Lockhart, its Chief Executive. The network meetings enable and facilitate the interface between employers and training providers and are essential for keeping providers informed and up to date with developments in the sector not least of which are invaluable funding opportunities to support employers with workforce learning and development. If you are a training provider seeking to work with Surrey care organisations and would like to be included in the SCA website listing of quality providers, you are required to submit an application to Erica Lockhart to show that you have the necessary credentials to meet the expectations of Surrey employers. A downloadable application form is attached for you to provide evidence applicable to the 10 quality criteria which underpin the benchmark.
These standards have been developed working with Surrey Training Providers working in partnership with employers and their representative groups.
