Mental Capacity Act Free E-Learning Package!
Surrey County Council have purchased an e-learning package on the Mental Capacity Act 2005, and as part of our obligation to raise awareness across the county, this is being made available to all our partner organisations. The package has been written by Belinda Schwehr, who has particular expertise in community care law and the package will be a valuable resource for practitioners, particularly statutory decision makers. All staff are able to access the programme - all you need is internet access. If your organisation wishes to use this package, please nominate 1 person per organisation to take responsibility for publicising and administering it. That person should contact: sarah.pryce@surreycc.gov.uk Registration instructions will be then be sent to them.
