Business Development Project – The future of older peoples provision in surrey

.The aim of this project which was jointly commissioned by Surrey County Council and Surrey Care Association and funded by Surrey County Council was to contribute to the Transformation Agenda by encouraging and supporting current and potential providers of services to work with Surrey County Council and Surrey Care Association in developing new and existing services for older people in Surrey. This report provides an overview of the transformation agenda, identifies examples of alternative models of care whilst incorporating a tool kit to help existing and potential providers to review their current service.
