Armstrong Henry Consulting

Armstrong Henry Consulting is a newly formed training and organisational development consultancy. The two partners have more than thirty years experience in public service between them, specialising in health, social care and mental health.

We provide a large variety of training opportunities, particularly, but not exclusively, targeted at health & social care providers.

We are now providing direct management, training and organisational development services to nursing & social care agencies. Additionally, we can provide updates and briefing packs on Government policy and market exploitation opportunities.

We would particularly draw your attention to the following areas of interest:

  • Direct Payments & Individual Budgets ~ we can train your managers, office staff and carers in preparation for this huge growth area

  • Customer Care training ~ how often do your clients request that particular nurses or carers are not sent again? Our short customer care course can radically alter the approaches of all your staff.

  • HR practice and process ~ Tender requirements for NHS placement and CSCI inspections demand higher and higher standards of personnel practice. We can provide certificated training for your managers and office staff to ensure you comply with all current requirements.

    Funding for Training

    Skills for Care have issued a revised listing of training eligible for WFDF funds. This increases the units that are eligible.

    The new list can be found here.

    Claiming now is important - if we don't spend the allocation it will be reclaimed!
