Business Skills
Recognising the challenges providers are facing to both improve and radically transform services in an increasingly difficult economic climate, Surrey Care Association is running a programme of free workshops. These are aimed at helping owners, directors and owner managers to develop the skills essential to running and sustaining a successful care business. Workshops will incorporate direct input by the trainer, group discussion, practical application of models and tools used, and relevant case studies.
