Surrey DNACPR Group have published new guidance and documentation for ALL providers(November 2011)

Access to forms for Care Homes.

A small number of Pads of forms have been sent to the GP’s it is also possible to print them from the attached information. However you must ensure that they are printed in the right colour. Care homes will need to agree with their GP’s how access to the forms will be managed this might include the care home purchasing a pad of forms. Funding for Training

Skills for Care have issued a revised listing of training eligible for WFDF funds. This increases the units that are eligible.

The new list can be found here.

Claiming now is important - if we don't spend the allocation it will be reclaimed!
