It is always good to hear of praise for our providers and I was delighted to receive this information from Sarah Mitchell, Anne Butler and Kathy Saunders in SCC. It is so good to have the extra efforts of our providers recognised.

"Just wanted to update you all on how helpful and flexible providers have been during this very busy week at the East Surrey Hospital.  The hospital was on double black alert, our providers have really came through for us, coming to the hospital within hours to assess clients  and on some occasions the client moving to the home on the same day as the assessment took place.”

Providers who were mentioned  for their flexibility and patience were: Wray Park, Old Wall Cottage, Orchard Court, Dalmuir Home, Britannia, Care watch and Kent Social Care Professionals.

“I just wanted to share this as sometimes we forget to comment on the good things our providers do to support us. They have made this week a whole lot easier"
