Skills Academy Seeks Partners

The Skills Academy is currently recruiting training partners to help deliver a new leadership training programme for managers and supervisors in the adult social care sector.

The National Skills Academy for Social Care's Front-line Leaders programme is a unique development opportunity designed exclusively for managers and supervisors in the adult social care sector.

It has been developed and successfully piloted with employers across adult social care, including residential care providers Abbeyfield and Care South, learning disability specialist MacIntyre, and multi-faceted national organisation Anchor.

To help us deliver this innovative training, the Skills Academy is looking for:

  • high-quality social care training providers (individuals and organisations/consultancies) to help us deliver the programme as one our our delivery partners
  • social care providers looking to train a member of staff to deliver this experiential learning programme to the rest of the organisation
