When the Valuing People White Paper was published in 2001, it established local Learning Disability Partnership Boards as part of its delivery mechanism.

Martin Bellinger - Supported Living Services Director

Martin is Chief Executive Officer at Cherchefelle Housing Association where he has worked since November 2005. Martin has a career history in the supported housing sector. Cherchefelle deliver supported housing, supported living and floating support to over 450 vulnerable individuals primarily with mental health or learning difficulties, mainly in Surrey but also in West Sussex and Richmond.

Surrey Care Association and Domicilliary Care Providers

We actively support providers of home based care in a number of ways; we hold regular network meetings where the latest information is shared. This includes representation from Surrey County Council for part of the meeting.

Antony Coomb owns and manages Care Homes Group Care Homes of Distinction for the past 25 years. He runs Care Homes in Reigate, Wray Park & Rutlland Home and Caterham, Woodside View Surrey. Prior to starting his care home business in 1984 he worked in senior management positions in UK Industry for about 18 years.

Currently Mike Choy manages Broome Park Nursing Home with his wife, Muriel and two daughters, Rebecca & Hannah.
Broome Park Nursing Home is a 56 bedded nursing home for Elderly Mentally Ill residents in Betchworth, Surrey. Mike has been in the care home industry for the last 25 years, previously at High Trees Nursing Home, Nr Horley and for the last 16 years at Broome Park Nursing Home

Judith is Executive Director of The Grange Centre which is a Care, Tenant Support and Skills Training Provider. Young adults with learning and/or physical disabilities access accommodation and day facilities. Judith comes from a background of social and health care.
