Mike Choy- Older People Services Director

Currently Mike Choy manages Broome Park Nursing Home with his wife, Muriel and two daughters, Rebecca & Hannah.
Broome Park Nursing Home is a 56 bedded nursing home for Elderly Mentally Ill residents in Betchworth, Surrey. Mike has been in the care home industry for the last 25 years, previously at High Trees Nursing Home, Nr Horley and for the last 16 years at Broome Park Nursing Home
Mike is a nurse by profession, a Registered Mental Nurse as well as a Registered General Nurse. He worked as an Assistant Director of Personnel for the local health authority, specialising in Industrial Relations and representing the health authority at Industrial Tribunals and negotiations with the unions. He is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development.
Mike has been associated with Surrey Care Association since its inception and is a representative of the Older People Services and Safeguarding issues.
Mike is also a Panel Member for organisations who wish to obtain or retain the Investors in People award.
